Bioinformatic analysis of immune cell function

We invite applications for PhD students interested in characterizing the dynamics of immune cell differentiation in tissues by bioinformatics analysis. We focus on the instructional programming of distinct memory T cell populations and regulatory myeloid cells through environmental cues in vitro and in defined in vivo models. We aim at a molecular understanding of the complex transcriptional and signaling networks involved in the regulation of immune cell functions in tissues. Please send your application together with a letter of motivation and a reference letter to Prof. Dr. Percy Knolle (percy.knolle(at)tum.de) and Sandra Kimmerle, sandra.kimmerle(at)tum.de.
